Sweet 16 cake…that i think came out super cute!!! Chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling…frosted in buttercreme with fondant accents!!! Sand is light brown sugar!!!

Well this cake was truely so super cute…The only thing was that it was so super hot this weekend…that when they came to pick it up it started to show signs of the heat taking its toll!!! i hope it got to the party ok….

This was such a fun cake to make..Designed by my friend karena, cake made by Jen and decorated by me!!! It just exuded L-O-V-E!  White Cake with pineapple/apricot filling, raspberry filling and chocolate mousse filling. This cake was frosted in offwhite buttercream, with fondant chocolate flowers, the roses were real as was the brown mesh bows! I have to say this cake was beautiful in person and was very romantic!!!
