White cake frosted in buttercream with fondant accents. Bottom tier is pineapple apricot filling…middle is raspberry and top tier is lemon. I made the shoes from fondant and hand painted them all….i absolutely loved making this cake!!!

Ok this cake was super yummy!!! bottom tier was yellow cake with chocolate frosting and chocolate mousse with cookie crumbs!!! top tier was chocolate cake with oreo cookie mousse and chocolate/mocha buttercream filling!!!! Last minute cake that i copied out of one of the wilton magazines!!!!!! super easy and alot of fun to make!!!!! Happy Birthday Mady!!!!!!

I made this for an 80’s Birthday Party!!! Marble cake with Chocolate buttercream filling!!!This cake was huge!!!! and super heavy…i think i hurt my shoulder trying to transfer it!!!! hahahahaha thanks for looking!!!!!!

This Wedding cake was just so beautiful in person!!! Very romantic!!! frosted in buttercream and fondant accents and flowers!!!! rocks were chocolate candy!!!Top tier was white cake with fresh strawberries and bananas, middle tier was chocolate cake with banana mousse and fresh bananas, bottom tier was lemon cake with raspberry mousse filling!!!!!

Another first…i am very pleased with the outcome of this cake, but know this the next one will be even better!!! Funfetti cake frosted in buttercream and covered in fondant!!! Fingers are fondant as well!!!

Well can i just say i la la la love the way the shoes came out!!! this was my first time attempting anything like this…..i am very pleased at the end result!!! Shoes were made from fondant and hand painted in gold dust luster!!! Shoe box is marble cake with fudge filling!!! frosted in buttercream and covered in fondant. I had painted the “Tory Burch” symbols and definately have to get my food printer to avoid these time consuming hand painting jobs!!! hahahahahaa but i am really pleased with how this cake came out!!! and now i can say i make shoes too!!!!! thanks for looking!!!!

This cake was for my niece/Goddaughter’s 5th Birthday…i decorated this cake and the dolls all in one day and night…i didn’t sleep at all for 24 hours!!! but it was so worth it…she la la la loved it!!!! i really wanted to make a forest scene on the bottom tier but ran out of time and energy…next time…also, the dolls are so plain because part of the party was the girls got to pick a doll and decorate them with flower and sprinkles!!! unfortunately i didn’t get any pics of the finished dolls but i think my sister did…..so i will have to get those from her!!!! anyway thanks for looking!!!!
